Confirm your booking
A 50% advance confirms the rental. The balance is due before collection or delivery, at least two days before the event.

Booking confirmation
Rental bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% advance payment of the total rental fee.
Final payment
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than two (2) days before the event and before equipment is collected or delivered.
Power supply
The client is responsible for providing a sufficient, stable and safe power supply, including a suitable 3-phase connection where required. Borga Tec is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate, unstable or unsafe power supply.
Equipment responsibility
The client is responsible for all rented equipment from delivery/collection until return and inspection. Loss, theft, misuse or damage may result in additional charges.
Venue access
The client must ensure safe and timely access to the venue for delivery, setup, operation and collection, including suitable loading/unloading access.
Additional services
Any additional equipment, labour, transport, setup time, waiting time or extended rental period not included in the original offer will be charged separately.
Cancellation
The 50% advance payment is non-refundable in the event of client cancellation. Additional cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
Rental period
Equipment must be returned at the agreed time. Additional rental charges may apply for late returns or extended use.
Permits & venue requirements
The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary venue permissions, event permits and approvals required for the event.
Outdoor events & weather protection
For outdoor events, the client must provide adequate protection from rain, direct sunlight and other weather conditions for all equipment. Borga Tec reserves the right to suspend operation or remove equipment where weather or environmental conditions pose a risk to personnel or equipment. Any resulting additional costs may be charged to the client.
Acceptance
Payment of the advance deposit constitutes acceptance of the quoted services and these terms & conditions.
